Once logged in to my.tradequo.com, you’ll see your Profile options in the upper right corner of the page (represented by a circle with your initials). Click on it, and from the dropdown menu, choose Verification.
Our system will guide you through the process of attaching all necessary documents. If all documents are attached according to instructions, your verification process can be completed in as little as 5 minutes!

Document Requirement
To proceed with the verification we will need a Proof of Identity(POI) document:
It is clear and readable
Includes ID number, full name, and date of birth
Full name to match the POR document and TradeQuo account holder exactly
All four corners are visible
Any photographs and signatures are clearly visible
It is a valid government issued-document
The expiry date is not less than one month away from verification

National Identity Card/Document
Driver’s License
Permanent residence card
We will review your documents, and your account will be verified within 24 hours. You will receive a notification email from us, then you can start to deposit and trade.
