Deposit and Withdrawals
Simply login into your member area and click Withdraw from the menu. Please take note that to protect all parties against fraud and to mitigate the risk of money laundering and/or terrorist financing, we will process withdrawals /refunds back to the source of the initial deposit based on our MIMO (Money-In-Money-Out) Policy as follow:-
Credit/debit card withdrawals
Once a withdrawal request is submitted and irrespective of the withdrawal method chosen, we will process via this option up to the total amount of the initial deposit.
E-wallet and Crypto Wallet withdrawals
E-wallet and Crypto wallet withdrawals will be processed once all credit/debit card deposits have been fully refunded.
Other methods
Other methods, including international wire and local bank transfer, shall be used once deposits are made, with the methods above being fully refunded.
All withdrawals requests will be processed within 24 working hours, and they will be shown as pending withdrawals in your member area. If you choose an incorrect withdrawal method, your request will be processed according to the MIMO policy as above.
All withdrawals will be processed in the currency of the initial deposit. If the deposit currency is different from the transfer currency, we will convert the amount based on the exchange rate of the transaction method.
