Deposit and Withdrawals
To make an internal transfer, please follow these steps:
Log in to Your Client Portal: Use your credentials (email and password) to access the system.
Navigate to the Funds Section: Once logged in, locate and click on the “Funds” tab in the main navigation menu.
Select the Transfer Option: Within the Funds section, choose “Transfer” from the dropdown menu to continue with the internal transfer process.
Select E-Wallet (Electronic Wallet): Choose the preferred E-Wallet that you wish to transfer your funds to your preferred trading account.
Choose an account: Select from the available trading accounts and choose the account you would like to receive the funds.
Enter the details : Specify the amount you wish to transfer or simply click the percentage option and click transfer.
Confirm and complete the transaction: Review the transaction summary and click “Confirm.”
Check your transaction history: Once the transaction is processed, the funds will be transferred to your preferred account.
Note: Transfer can only be carried out between accounts of the same currency. If you wish to transfer from another E-wallet currency, you will need to perform currency exchange in order to proceed with the transfer.
